Employee Owner Benefits

 

Full-Time benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance and 401(k), effective the first of the month following the hire date. Vacation, paid sick days, two floating holidays, direct deposit and flexible spending accounts are also available. Tuition reimbursement is offered after one year of employment. Also, after one year of employment, WCI offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), long term disability, and paid life insurance for employee owners, spouses, and dependent children.

 

Flexible Full-Time employee owners (30 hours or more) have many of the same benefits; and Part-Time employee owners (20 to 29 hours) have some of the same benefits including 401(k) and ESOP.
