Becky Wiegel Promoted to Human Resources Manager
Becky Wiegel, a WCI Corporate Division employee owner has been given additional management responsibilities in the Human Resources Department. In her new role, Becky will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR administrative employee owners, Amy Wagner, Judy Timmerman, Mark Koehler, and Emily Mashak. Pat Tobin will continue to report to Dan Marcue. Becky will also continue responsibilities for benefits and compensation functions and take on other high level managerial functions, while reporting to Dan Marcue.
“Becky has excelled in her role as the Benefits/Compensation Manager since joining WCI two and a half years ago. This promotion will allow her to take on a supervisory role and become even more valuable to the company. Becky has been a great addition to the Human Resources Department and I look forward to coaching her in her new role,” stated Dan Marcue, Human Resources Director.
Prior to joining WCI she worked as the Employment/Benefits Specialist for Capital Newspapers in Madison, WI and had over 9 years of human resources experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and maintains a Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
